John Aulick has a plethora of experience in engineering and sales management under his belt. Graduated in 2011 from Texas A&M University, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering. Leadership, marketing, and project management are just some of the skills John utilizes in his role as COR’s Director of Business Development & Sales.

Rachel Mauricio, Director of Operations
Rachel Mauricio is a seasoned and results-driven Director of Operations known for orchestrating operational excellence with a strategic vision. With an extensive background in Operations and Executive Leadership, Rachel is dedicated to optimizing processes, fostering collaboration, and driving organizational growth. Rachel elevates COR’s operational landscape as a visionary leader who blends strategic foresight, efficiency optimization, and team empowerment. Layana Caldeo, Operations Supervisor
Layana Caldeo is a skilled QBO ProAdvisor with a diverse professional background and a solid academic foundation. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, she launched her career at a publishing and advertising company, where she took on various accounting tasks and tax filing responsibilities. Progressing in her career, she seamlessly transitioned into the role of Operations Manager, showcasing expertise in financial transactions, and meticulous record-keeping. Equipped with extensive practical experience and a deep understanding of financial management, Layana is well-prepared to efficiently manage financial records for any organization.
